Boeing 707-3J9C was one of the last three active passenger 707s. It's now one of the last two.


	EP-SHE: After arrival from Kish, following touchdown on runway 29L at Mehrabad A/P Teheran, Flt 171 had problems with the undercarriage (failure of a landing gear or tyre burst) causing the Boeing 707 to slide off the runway into the Kan River. Three passengers were killed after they fell in the river during the evacuation and 80 were injured.

5Y-WIT (Dash 8 of Tobago Express Flight 534).Unable to lower nose-gear as it approached Crown Point A/P, so a/c returned to Piarco Intl for landing. Substantial damage to nose area. 3inj/46 pax +3 crew

C-GPAT Air Transat flt 961 [an A310] lost its rudder during cruise flight on 07 March 2005. It still sits finless at Cuba's Varadero Airport while the investigation continues.
